Major Scott Slaten retired from the army after more than twenty years in the service. In this episode, he talks about how he got involved in the armed forces and how it took him from Italy to Germany, Kosovo to Iraq. It’s a two part tour through the last thirty years of U.S. military history.

Amazing to hear Scott regarding the things he once spoke to me about via emails when i was dating him. Pleased he left the Army as it was becoming difficult for him to cope with the reasons behind they went to war. Not having enough equipment was also what our British guys were going through too. Nice to know he is now happily married and doing well.
